Bible Text: 2 Corinthians 5:16-21, Luke 15:1-3, 11b-32 | Rev. David A. Douthett
Continuing our series on how the Church can use spiritual practices to promote unity in the Body of Christ and in the world, we turn to that which perhaps ought to be most synonymous with Christianity, forgiveness. Using Jesus' parable of the Prodigal Son (or the Two Lost Sons) and Paul's teaching in 2 Corinthians that there is a new creation for those who are in Christ, we explore some of the dynamics of both needing forgiveness and needing to forgive.
