Bible Text: Colossians 3:11-17, Matthew 18:15-20 | Rev. David A. Douthett
Series: Take Up Your Cross
Chapter 18 of Matthew's gospel brings us some good news and some bad news. The good news is there is a plan for what to do if someone sins against you. The bad news is it may be harder than you think. The good news is it's a workable plan for healthy relationships. The bad news is it has fallen out of favor, even among church folk. The good news is Jesus says to do it.
* The video cuts off abruptly as Connie is talking about our Haiti program next Sunday. You'll remember a mention of storms and power outages at the beginning of the service, but that we had power and internet. That was true, until it wasn't! While Connie was offering her minute for mission, the repair crews had to flip some switches or something, and the power went out for a few minutes. That was enough to knock us offline. We finished the service in person; we regret that we weren't able to bring you along to the end. *
